Can you check your APN and ensure the APN Protocol is IPv4/IPv6?

Next, if you are using android 9 and above, can you opt for different DNS provider?
Here are some of the DNS over TLS server:

Here is weird suggestion which might work or might not. Have you put the SIM into different SIM1/SIM2 socket before?

I just use whatapps, wechat and viber for messaging....automatically used around 80-120MB per month on the data network.... dry.gif

Only reloaded RM 50 once to buy the 8GB data (4GB LTE + 4GB 3G/LTE) in addition to free 3GB LTE data when I ported to Unifi Bebas.....

Still got 6.73GB on LTE and 3.84GB on 3G/LTE as for today.

Uncle ported from Digi to Unifi Bebas on October 2019 = Main account. dry.gif . Secondary account ported for more than one and half year? hmm.gif

Using those mobile messaging apps will do.....

Just need to ensure your area has good LTE coverage.

The last time my area tower down for maintenance, my phone connected to Celcom 3G network and it burned all my 3G data quota (watching live news in HD).

So much for unlimited LTE......just beware of the random 3G switch. Unless if you have no intention of buying that expensive LTE/3G combo data quota........

Add:

Name : ims
APN : ims
APN Type : ims
APN Protocol : IPV4/IPV6


Leave the others at default value.
Save. ----> Voila, Volte.

Tried chatting with TM "Webe" on certain issue without solution.

Few days ago on 28th May, uncle bought another unifi mobile SIM and opt for collection at local TMPoint.

Unfortunately, due to our government last minute "SOP", TMPoint will be closed down until 11 June.

Uncle is supposed to collect the SIM on 31 May.

Contacted the helpline via chat and staff wrote "cannot do anything".

Any suggestion?
