You can go to unifi website and use live chat and type speak to human

I have been testing some Unifi sites nearby to the Telekom Malaysia building and have noticed TM7 in use on some occasions.

Live chat for unifi mobile only maya, how to type to agent?

TM b40 have 2 spectrum
since TM kill no FUP unlimited plan so dont care

just type I want to speak to human

then you see a pop up message asking do you want to speak to agent

The agent told me i can use the data after expiry.... But line will be terminated if didnt top up....

that seems like a scam. I use on hotlink I get 180 days validity. Something is misleading here

Yea, bought it on Umobile before, validity is extended for 180 days, this is scam from unifi mobile....

Validity is 90 days from your last use. So if u use the data everyday the validity is always 90 days. So when your Rahmah siswa plan ends in 6 months time the validity will be 90 days after then.

This for bebas plan, mine is uni5g

Just an accident mistake to upgrade gone the best plan from Unifi mobile. Their candy for you to lose the best plan ever tealive voucher. Should offer something like 6 months free or 1 year because eventually we have to pay monthly

Old unlimited postpaid RM59 is the best. My wife use that jasa pack, I told her just use 5G phone for 5G not change to 5G plan. Webe just don't want users have unlimited 5G which they rent with quota.

Most of this telco they give unlimited offer just to convince you to join then later remove it

now bebas come with validity date already? mine until 14 may 2025...

It’s been awhile but as long as you use it will keep extending.

All the while bebas have validity it’s 3months if you don’t use at all it get terminated different now they show how long
