Perhaps it’s the different plan, I’m on the RM59 unlimited Postpaid. Speedtest can get about 10mbps but YouTube always buffers from 720p and above.

OR it might be your area no much ppl using unifi network, so you are consider monopoly utilize the network there.

Anyone getting poor 4G signals lately? Mine from full bar suddenly can dip 2-3bars at the same location.

Good indoor penetration is low band like 700mhz spectrum. But people will complain slow speed like unifi band 5 and digi band 8 LTE

Yes,from the product description is that fibre is the backup if sim line is down.. So would just want to double confirm only with gurus here..

guys need some advise, i have terminated my line 2 months ago. After going thru 30days notice of termination date, i was given another 7 days to return the btu unit to tm point. I did so on the 3rd day. last week they auto charge into my credit card rm500 penalty fee for not returning back the btu unit. i went ahead and made a complaint and they say they will refund me back my money. they also said will need atleast 3month to return back my money. to me this is unacceptable. has any1 face this issue before and if so how did you go around it?
