Thanks for your reply 🙏🏻 I’ve filed the complaint with Unifi and they closed it without resolving the issue.
I do not have screenshot of the missing data.
Because now with the updated apps, my data is completely missing/gobe, only left calls ( which I cannot use at all. Always get a CALL FAILEDl) and SMS.
Maybe my case is different from yours.
Not sure if still possible to get my data back for all my numbers.
