No, perhaps not as fast as celcom but stable and it’s good enough for my purpose.

Hi, new Unifi mobile user here. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and using Digi and Unifi now. However I do notice that my phone battery is draining faster when switch to Unifi LTE instead of Digi 4G.

Is this a known issue or my phone just got problem?
*
Normally this is due to poor coverage thus there is a fluctuation in signals so the battery drain for phone will be faster.

Technically yes (they'll put your account in 12 months contract). Better confirm it with live chat or @ TM Point (recommended since their live chat currently got no one answering, everybody on leave maybe tongue.gif tongue.gif )

Digi actually is ok...
Just that certain band is congested badly..

Like now..I am at Berjaya Time Square.
Digi Band 3 practically cannot surf..

I had to disable that Band 3...

Now should be Band 7 or others .

Just ported out from Celcom to Unifi. Process damn quick - applied online on Friday, picked up the sim card on Sunday morning 9am, got the confirmation SMS around 9:30am and transfer happened at 5:30pm.

Only problem now is:
1. iMessage using mobile number (forever awaiting activation)
2. Mobile Hotspot (check carrier error)

Already raised it to Unifi support, but no replies. Hope I did the right move to Unifi RM59 smile.gif
