PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS MY OWN THEORY. THERE IS NO OFFICIAL ANNOUCEMENT ABOUT IT.
I just did my own research on the Gears of War pc version which have we know that have extra lvl, new multiplayer gameplay and new maps. I just view 3 trailers which is the gears of war pc version Gameplay. Lets compare between Xbox 360 and Pc version Pc version gameplay demo. HD chainsaw HD Cropser This is a montage which release by EPIC what new feature they include in the Pc version HD Montage Gameplay Ok let's ignore the buttons in all 3 of trailer because for the Pc version, if you can connect your Xbox 360 controller to your pc, then you can use it to play Gears of War. No issue here BUT, look at the changing menu and compare the pc version gameplay demo and the montage. The pc version is at the bottom left of the screen while the montage is on the middle screen.  We can assume that the Pc version can change the weapon menu which side they like it but got to wait for the game to be out to be confirm.
