Gov soldiers pay is low, most of the time they are out from their home. Cant do grab, cant do 2nd job. If gov dont give dedak to them, what's the chain reaction would be?

Promotion does not discriminate race and religion. One malay guy got promoted because of cronies, deprived 999 others malay, and 333 non malay. Look at the ratio.
