Arra is link to ara damansara lrt and its less than 30storey.

i think this one should be same row with eve suites... the empty land beside an old church... should be 400m from lembah subang lrt... not AD lrt... lol

no la... had some info from his macai2 aje.... laugh.gif laugh.gif

it could be connected to kelana indah lrt 3 station as well... rumours maybe a link bridge....

yea... 150m link bridge... tapi itu station belum siap also... not sure they can get approval from MOT and LRT or not... but i think its already part of their DO....

rumours the bridge to LRT line 3 is part of their DO.... so yea... high chances gonna be cheaper than arra sentral and connected to LRT as well... and its still distance away from the station... lesser noise...

if u wanna know how it feel living super near to lrt station.. go stay at the hotel at bangsar trade center for one night... and u will get the feedback... hehe

My opinion is for the future property play, linkage to LRT or MRT is a must as the increasing living cost will render many to take public transport, rather than driving, especially for those that stay in office 9am-5pm.

Sounds good bro.. do you know when is this project going to launch? any idea?
i preferable with linked bridge instead of direct LRT or MRT because it will be very noisy and for sure very crowded. i don't like outsider come to my compound area. scary and sound like not safe.
