From PTLM Minions.TV:
Property developer PINNACLE HOMES will be developing an upcoming property development in Ara Damansara.
The developer plans 2 blocks: - (1) 45-storey serviced apartments (atop 11 levels above ground carpark) with 895 units; and (2) 43-storey Mampu Milik Apartments with 375 units and 2 levels sub-basement carpark. The project has been approved by MBPJ in February 2019.

I thought AD has height restriction due to proximity to Subang Airport.

The car park better have some express entry.. I mean from ground straight go like floor 5 or 6...
If not.. Round round like crazy from ground to floor 14... Crazy yo...

I believe this project is close to Tropicana site kua…….bcos it got approval for 45 storey (macam LUMI).
any building nearer to old subang airport road or LRT track, tough luck getting approved for more than 20 storey.
