Any idea how to play mae fortune game? Keep getting FU , used to be 00 hours

Yes got this quick break message since the MBB down announcement on 25 April.

Dumb2 mae.. i input wrong password few times and it lock me. To reset you need the card number. The card number is in the damn app.
I dont have the physical card, bank insist ived activated it. The only thing i did with it was link to my samsung pay.
Called maybank and the person insist ive gotten the card and activated it. End up telling to to go the the bank to settle it.

Why cant maybank be like alliance , you can ask for your online banking to be unblocked if you put password wrongly.

Got way to email them instead of wasting time call CS?

I used to get less than RM0.2 & RM0.5, so when not credit i just don't want to waste time to follow up. Yesterday got RM3 and same thing not credit today. Have to try follow up see can get back or not?

They really never improve.

Wah lao, this kind of reason also can? can't believe is dealing with bank. So far i have experienced they drag for more than a month sometime will just credit back (without report to them).

I guess is like system hang there, nobody monitor then just leave it. Until somebody report, then only fix it.

I could not approve transaction since yesterday. MAE keeps loading until transaction timeout
