How it works?? Did Duitnow and M2U RM30 transaction but no change to play??

19th transaction already get block? Don't you say can till 100x?

What do you mean by easy unblock? go to branch?

Reach to the MBB reception:
Me: I want to do audit trail on my account.
She: What & Why & bla bla bla.
Me: Coz get block with error code 0076.
She: Hold on. Let me call CS.

After that CS direct her to ask me to go counter for audit trail.

Counter: You can go to that counter (with seats) for this matter.
Officer: Wow. You having online business ke?
Me: Nope. I just transact to another acc.
After check and check
Officer: Wow, what makes you did RM30 transaction non-stop.
Me: Because of your MAE
Officer: Please fill requisition form for audit trial.
I was like....
Me: Then if I open current account then it's safe right.
Officer: If company current account then yes, if personal current account you will come here again to see me if you proceed with this transaction.

Then ask me go to another personnel to do the audit trial. END STORY.
The whole process was about half an hour.

And so, may I know how's your frequency to do your Duitnow? And is it personal current account will have such limitation? Maybe that officer gives wrong information.

Actually I went to 2 branches.
1st: Your account looks nice je.
2nd: as in previous post.
All I deal with are Malays

And I did not more than 100x actually.
Today just 17th already get block.

Justnow was busy haven't check. Now I realize it still blocked.

I was hurry that time didnt test transfer on the spot. Tml go thr again.

No chance to play !!

Today's story:

Reach Branch:
Me: I wan to do clear audit trial.
Her: okay.

Direct me to counter and ask for the staff do it.
After did for about 15 minutes. I tested again still unable to transfer.
She call to 1st branch and ask did them do the audit trial. They said yes.
Then she called to KL again. Mention that my acc still many transactions. Need to and do again.

Then direct me to CS counter with seat. Fill in forms. Interviewed me for 10 minutes. Asking the funds source

Fill in personal data update form.
Then non-stop audit trial from counter site.

At d end, I'm free to play the games again!!!

I still can get RM0.7X this morning but it's chance collected the day before.

How's your way? Tr from which account? same recipient acc?
Now I daren't play till 100. That day 17th already get blocked.
