Lately MAE has been very slow loading for me. It takes 25 seconds to fully load from it's circling animation all the way to homepage loading.

Every time I need to approve a transaction, it shows this behaviour.

Tried
Reinstall app
Clear cache partition
Switch to either WiFi or Data also slow loading.

Anyone else faces this ?

Look at the bright side, MAE is delaying my money spending behaviour. Haha

June 2024.security patch. So it's still fresh security patches.

Lodge a complaint to Maybank. I've reported through their Facebook channel and they shall investigate this matter.

But of course, the more reports lodge, the better it is for them to put priority on.

Surprisingly this issue hasn't blow up on socmed yet, or not that I'm aware of.

Updated.

MAE slow loading issue on Android resolve !
Just realised it today when approving transaction.

App version 0.9.27
Probably it's server side loading fixed.

Today MAE slow loading again. Back to previous symptom.

Both Data and WiFi , slow. Seeing the Tiger logo spinning like Roulette

I'm exactly having this issue. Which is very annoying.
Samsung S20 FE - problem
Samsung Note 9 - no issue.

Been complaining to Maybank and they just say they're investigating. Strangely, on Facebook, Maybank keep asking users to Clear Cache as a solution, obviously not working.

Read some comments on Facebook also has user complaints on Z Fold 4 & 5.

Yes did that tedious steps too. No luck I'm improving.
I suspect it could be Samsung did some changes to it's security / permissions and Maybank developers aren't aware.

So far I notice the pattern is latest Android version 13/14 and Samsung phones.

Latest MAE update in Play Store 0.9.35 solves the slow loading issue. Now it's back to it's glory time!

 

Change to:
