most educated indians are hired in MNC only becoz application goes into a global database and interviewers are made up of a pool of people overseas and local. no chance for
racism and discrimination from locals. |

1. All 7 candidate = same person. Only Name and race is changed on paper QUOTE The passport pics to the resumés were taken from the same person. The candidates all had the same physical features but were applied makeup to look the ethnicity of their resumé. Literally, the only difference between these seven resumés was their names & skin color. 2. All candidate had the same resume. Literally, QUOTE In the resumés of these seven candidates, they all had the same degree, they all obtained the same CGPA, a Second Class Upper, they all graduated from a local private university, they all had a three month internship and they all can communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin. 3. and yet the callback rate is totally different 4. my site got interview 2 ppl for manager post
1. 1 guy supervisor experience.. interview time talk alot macam very good vert friendly.. boss like him ~ when for second interview,.. ask him to simple question ( excel/ charts/ normal supply chain term) cannot answer.. big boss terkejut why like that.. kena reject 2. 1 guy supervisor experience also.. interview time.. not much express~ but more to work related.. very calm/ steady/.. boss say macam not ok .. not friendly enough.. when for second interview ( after the 1st one rejected). turn out he have more knowledge/ got alot of problem-solving skills when given senarios blah blah.. boss impress so moral story~ please interview 2-3 layer before hiring with different interviewer I donwan to state race here so guys sendiri guess lar This post has been edited by yahiko: Mar 7 2019, 01:42 PM |
