I found out that there is wordpress and weebly plugin on my cpanel. Is it free to use them ?
Is my host going to know about this ?

Like Wordpress as the father of all blogs and websites in general. Weebly is also ok. If you want to try new free technology with available hosting choose AI templates like Bookmark, Weblium, Jimdo etc.
