During my s7 days i was wondering why my instagram didnt work properly(cant play video) It turns out due to max power saving mode that i implemented

yes. if that is off it basically means Spotify wont be running in the background, it will be killed off

There were some posts earlier suspected that the airplane mode might not be working as it should be (bug?) and message/notification still can be received with airplane mode turned on, this is evident that Cell Standby usage is missing in your battery usage means there were wakelocks throughout the night . I observed few of them here turned off their data, wifi, location manually instead of using airplane mode and got minimum battery drainage overnight. Perhaps you could try it tonight

Maybe some cloud backup that is schedule to run in the night.

I would disable Samsung cloud and Google photo to test.
