Hi, I plan to use Grabcar Plus to KLIA. 2 people with 2 big luggage + 2 hand carry bags.
Is Grabcar Plus big enough? Thanks!

I really wish Grab Malaysia have to put some standard. Please follow Dubai style. People take Uber because want more comfort. The standard one aka Uber Select normally use Lexus ES and above. Dubai Taxi normally using Camry Hybrid which is cheaper rate than Uber.
Some people just want comfort & safety. We don’t like small car like Axia or Bezza.

To be honest I feel that Grabcar Plus is a useless function.
Here's why...I use honda civic as my source of income on grab and I deactivate grabcar in the service type function and only turn on grabcar plus.
So on the road I rarely receive any grabcar plus call majority of the time is Justgrab. Now I understand that the function of justgrab is to let passengers receive nearby driver regardless grabcar or grab taxi. The "issue" is that whenever I receive a justgrab call, the FARE is based on grabcar. Which is so unfair for those who are using GCP.
We have to pay expensive maintenance and not to forget the fuel money. The earnings I got is just enough to maintain daily expenses but no saving. It is like doing charity work but Grab still get money while I remain broke.
When I complained to the help center all they said is that we will forward your complaints to upper management and that's it no compensation no nothing.
I hope all of you GCP members can help me out by keep complain to grab regarding this issue, I believe I'm not the only one facing this. Let's keep complain until they can hear our voice and concerns.
I'm okey with justgrab if only when a customer book a GCP car and the fare is adjusted to that type of service.
