Hi. So a few days ago I was trying to reboot my router but accidentally click on reset instead of reboot. I didn't back up my config file so now I'm stuck without any internet. I can reset my wifi password and stuff, but can't seem to get my internet or phone to work, but my HYPP TV works fine. Went to their office and they said they'd call when they have someone available but so far nothing, tried online support too but they gave me vague directions that I had to change my password or something, but nothing on how to solve my internet and phone problem. I have a Netis DL4480 router and would really appreciate if someone could help me with this. In a real dire situation

Getting Started

I think calling to 100 should be easier as I have the same problem and I even forget the username last time they help me with the setting details.

it is similar to this

if you have no idea, then only tm can help you.

Thanks guys, I managed to fix it. So I contacted them again about the whole thing, turns out that the password I was trying to use wasn't the actual one, so TM reset my password, I set it up using that and everything is working perfectly now. I appreciate everyone's help
