The seller was wrong for failing to inform the buyer in advance about stock availability, but he / she (not sure) had been trying to resolve the issue by offering refund, and talking in a more polite and professional way to handle the issue.
The seller has also informed the buyer prior to opening any dispute thread. And i do agree that opening a new thread in a dispute corner is not necessary meant for defamation but more as a protection for the seller to seek for comment and solution since he knows he cant resolve the issue with the buyer personally.
I have never dealt with anyone of u. It is just my pov without favoring to any party.
