Recently I did a property transfer in Selangor, and the lawyer said that I have to pay the new Cukai Petak. She went to the state office and got the bill for me. Supposedly, this replaces Quit Rent (Cukai Tanah) that's usually collected by your management body.

But - I didn't receive any other cukai petak at all. When I check for another property, it said I was already overdue for 2018, and already I have to pay for 2019.

Did anyone get Cukai Petak bill? When is the due date?
