I just went to EPF office to varify my thumb print and did my first withdrawal of 2k online for trial

Just sharing with you.

Withdrawal has no limit as long as you have excess of 1mil.
you can withdraw 1k, 2k or any amount sufficent to maintain 1mil

first withdrawal, you need to do thumb print, subsequently, if you withdraw less than 30k/day into same account, just like normal internet banking account.

If withdrawal more than 30k for in single withdrawal or your 2nd withdrawal or 3rd into new banking account, you need to do the thumb print again.

Else, first withdrawal with thumb print registered, the bank account can be used for your next next withdrawal without any varification at counter.
