Contribution amount reflected under Withdraw Eligibility!

Sorry, I am just starting to learn and plan on self-contribute. Does this "Withdraw Eligibility" mean that I can withdraw the contributed money anytime I want (like FD withdraw)? Or it will be stuck until the an age specified by EPF (55 or more in future)? Maybe I misunderstood the term.

Epf is not your FD. Many conditions need to be met before withdrawal is allowed.

Thanks. Forum-ers report that their contributed amount is reflected under "Withdrawal Eligibility". What is the structure/form of display? A special category separated from other categories?

What is the starting time range used for calculating EPF' dividend? Start counting from the day you bank in like FD? Or like ASB where it only starts in the following month? In short, what's the "best time" for placing money?
