EPF - self contribution, need advise

If I topup to EPF now self contribute. Will I still get the dividends for 2023 for remaining months (October to December) ?

Voluntary contribution is rm3000 maximum to get tax relief right?

Does epf allow dividend withdrawal if got 1M and below 55yo? Doubt can right?
