Unauthorized charges 32688, No refund yet after complaint filed

A RM3.00 x 2 deducted from my account from unauthorized number of 32688. I made a complaint and the officer told me would refund within 14 working days. Now it way past due date and yet to receive refund from Hotlink. I have called many times but still no action from Hotlink. I know RM6.00 is just a small amount but I still want my refund as a consumer and I know i'm just a hotlink user if you want to compare with Maxis Users.

make your report to MCMC. Then they will transfer your report direct to maxis. Then Maxis support team will help you. i got back my credits within 3 days. Make sure attach along screenshot or any proof.
