#Hotlink

A RM3.00 x 2 deducted from my account from unauthorized number of 32688. I made a complaint and the officer told me would refund within 14 working days. Now it way past due date and yet to receive refund from Hotlink.

I have called many times but still no action from Hotlink.

I know RM6.00 is just a small amount but I still want my refund as a consumer and I know i'm just a hotlink user if you want to compare with Maxis Users.
