I be flying in by MAS to Hanoi on 11th Dec, for 5d 4n.

Appreciate anyone can suggest hotel at the old quarter area. Budget around RM150.00 to RM200.00/ 2 pax.

I also plan to get Klook package for 2d trip to Sapa.

This is our 1st time trip to Vietnam.

even with USD I kinda find it expensive nowadays (food, housing, entertainment etc.)

district 3 along vo thi sau has this kinda vibe i reckon. also along cmtt (Cách Mạng Tháng Tám).

depends. if you're funny and the girl likes you then cheaper. if lucky free.

but with the same price in malaysia you can get a hngghh one already compared to the vietmois in malaysia because the girls there are generally above average.

beware of scammers though.

it's decent la, not expensive. If you travel out of District 1, it gets reasonably cheaper

Just went to HCM back on June, visit lots of convenience store and super market, the price after conversion not much different with us, semua salahan Nobita

actually, buying stuff here is more expensive than Malaysia. Like clothing, electronics etc. Due to higher tax in Vietnam.
street food, is cheaper than malaysia.

If you mean cheong their local vs cheong our local, then its comparable. Maybe cheong our local girl is a bit expensive than local viet.

But if you mean cheong viet girl in vietnam vs cheong viet girl in malaysia, i think cheong viet girl in MY can get cheaper.

If compare to last 5 year ... my take is every country is more expensive.
Hack 2 year already expensive. The same hotel I stay increase their price from rm165 to rm205.

Comparison should be country to country with similar economic stand point.

to me this is kinda like 100-150% in HCMC... man everything is getting expensive there. Their bowl of Pho used to cost 20k-30k. Now can see 60k and more and portion so small


At least their spas still affordable
