I may have missed my Tuberculosis (TB) vaccination, which was supposed to be had in primary 6 (12yo). Now an adult, and wondering if still possible to get myself TB vaccinated?

Unless you're going to be in regular contact with TB-patients or TB-suspect patients ... NO.

Individual risk to contracting TB DOES NOT depend on immunisation alone, and on the stages of life, practically less of it. And even if you are vaccinated, the real protection is vigilance.

BCG for adults

BCG vaccination is rarely given to anyone over the age of 16 because it does not work very well in adults.

But it's given to adults aged 16 to 35 who are at risk of TB through their work, such as some healthcare workers.

And given that Malaysia is a TB endemic country, probably you have already been infected (Latent) that you don't even know of. With that, you shouldn't receive the BCG vaccine.

And also, BCG is not very useful for adults assuming that you are an adult now.
