1) on The TOP floor ... meaning .. you have a "roof "over you head .. so to say the leaking is caused by some leakage on the roof itself///I just bought a top floor apartment. 2) Apartment new or old .. ??? if new .. you have at least 18 months warranty from developer ... point to them .. about your problem ... take picture or video .. show them with proof ..
or else walk in . to their office with (PARANG .) . hahahahahahahah if you dare ... bcos developer are never "friendly" after selling you their shit ...
