Hi All,

I just bought a top floor apartment. I heard from my neighbors that if rain there will be leaking in the house. they already report this to the management but no action taken . Does anyone have experience in this or can advise?

1) on The TOP floor ... meaning .. you have a "roof "over you head .. so to say the leaking is caused by some leakage on the roof itself///

2) Apartment new or old .. ??? if new .. you have at least 18 months warranty from developer ... point to them .. about your problem ... take picture or video .. show them with proof ..

or else walk in . to their office with (PARANG .) . hahahahahahahah if you dare ... bcos developer are never "friendly" after selling you their shit ...

ya, this is a common problem for a top floor unit..Normally the office will have to repair it as it falls under common area..

did you report it in writing ? if not please do so and remind them that under the strata law they are responsible for the maintenance
and repair of the roof which falls under common area ..faced the same problem before but the office always take care of it..so no issue

if no action you can file a complaint with the COB
