Hi bro..your phone most likely having telco lock problem..Even have warranty also cannot claim because its blocked by MCMC malaysia..If android phone got dual sim and sim 1 cannot use , then its a telco lock..If iphone is worse case because only have 1 sim supported.So if telco lock cannot use at all.Need to depends on hotspot / wifi to use internet.Recently i bought a used samsung note 9 covered warranty by SME. after few day use .. sim 1 start un-stable and need to restart phone only can detect sim 1. after overnight show " Sim 1 not allowed"
