Recently i bought a used samsung note 9 covered warranty by SME. after few day use .. sim 1 start un-stable and need to restart phone only can detect sim 1. after overnight show " Sim 1 not allowed"

than sent to samsung service center say that sim 1 locked by MCMC, please contact MCMC.

who can help me ?

in future how to know know the mobile with any contract with TELCO.

Try switch to second SIM slot then.

If it is the case that the previous owner using telco set and did not continue paying the bill until contract is served, most likely your phone is barred and any SIM card will fail on it.

Hi bro..your phone most likely having telco lock problem..Even have warranty also cannot claim because its blocked by MCMC malaysia..If android phone got dual sim and sim 1 cannot use , then its a telco lock..If iphone is worse case because only have 1 sim supported.So if telco lock cannot use at all.Need to depends on hotspot / wifi to use internet.

Btw im buying any telco lock phone..Do ws me if u interested
