 City Residence @ Penang worth it?

hi,
since our finance minister annouce the first home buyer duty exemption..i am planning to buy myself a home,my budget is around 800k-1m.

i was looking at City Residence opposite island plaza, there is a seller offering me 900k for 1250sf tower A middle floor....what do u guys think...is it worth it? or is there anything bad i should know about this property? feel free to give me a better recommendation also...

btw, there is mall below the condo but looks kinda empty...are they planning to do anything there?

yea i agree...i saw most of the subsale have better deal than developers even after include agent fee etc...i might end up buying from them instead...
