it will take some time for it to "kick-in" to let your body get used to the nutrients.
basically, it can help to balance nourishment, so your immunity system works well & able to sustain normal body functions

but still you have to sweat your body & exercise well as a habit.
IMHO, a light exercise done daily/consistently is better than having a hard intensive exercise done once a week (unless you're into the 300 Spartan's routine)

patience is a practice,
when it controls you, you're already winning.
when you lose it, you'll already lost ...potentially everything thumbsup.gif

Hmm depends on your body actually. As heard from a pharmacist some time ago, if your body is lacking certain vitamins then by consuming the supp/ vit. it'll be helpful. But if your body has no deficiency towards a certain nutrient, whatever consumed is actually flushed out via your urine/ poop.

I dont know if it's placebo, but I'm using Animal Pak and it seems to do the trick, for general health, mental well being and joint

When u reached a certain age, u will have to rely on some form of supplements as our environment has indirectly reduced the nutrient contents of our food produce .. lifestyle matters too. Easier said than done, it would advisable to lead a moderate and balanced lifestyle. Foodie, indulge if you must, but remember to exercise too. Enjoy your life but remember the under privileged. Take time to smell the roses along the way nod.gif

I would personally go for natural supplements, remember to read the label and always look for the fine prints usually labelled as Other Ingredients. If there are words you cannot pronounce, it is likely that the content could have some form of chemical or just synthetic.
