But swimming teaches you discipline with breathing and being smooth and streamline to save and conserve energy. One of my best times in Olympic size pool.

In the end I gave up cuz the breathing discipline was getting to my head, and the guy I met at the pool is too hard core to even follow...
prefer gulping air putting power down on repetitive cycling strokes instead...and enjoying greenery |
