This one RM50 daily by grab. One week is RM350. Read the term & condition and judge yourself whether worth it or not.

As for your driving time 8-5pm, 8-10am still ok, the rest hour demand is quite low. If u are expecting RM300 net is very tough for that 9 hrs drive.

In my point of view, I think it is not worth.
RM50 per day, with contract stated in agreement and deposit keep by Grab.

I will feel very stress to pay off the rental cost amounting RM50 everyday

Try to look for other option before you come to this Grab rental car program.

For Grab driver, average 5 hours can collect RM100. You may need to work more than 8 hours a day.
After a month, you will start thinking that "is my whole life only driving Grabcar?"

to optimize your income, u need to driver 6am to 10am, 5pm to 8pm... the rest of the hour is just charity....

even u drive premium, there are just too many drivers during non peak hour.... so basically u cant completed many job also...

I think if u r doing full time, ok to rent. Drive 6-10am, 5-10pm, drive more than 10hrs perday.. u can earn up to 2k per week. Said the old-timer. 2k is gross income. U maybe earn nett 50-30% from that. The best part to rent from grab is free maintenance. Take the wrap car. Grab pay you for the ads so it will cover some of your expenses.

So 50 charged by Crap is 1500 a month... ok ma But Axia kah ?

previously i driving with grab but quit since few years ago.Saw alot negative comment on fb and here about driving nowdays...really that bad?

before i drive around 12 hours daily and my mileage is about 400km per day so in my opinion if you plan to drive long hour better rent than drive our car due the maintenance.mind you around 12 days driving need service then another 12days service again that not include tyre battery wear and tear part like joint rubber brake pad and such on.

read it somewhere....after rent from someone only find car have few issues. owners refuse to repair it and get excuse to delay it.
car issue can affect our rating and rider opinion on us....

PLease reconsider to rent from grab. You never heard of the RM3k repair fee to driver who return the car to grab after 3 months? Apparently grab microscope every dent and charge it to driver.

Read the main thread. Everything is in the receipt and posted. Of course we can never guess how bad is the damage but the fact grab charges the repair expensively to drivers... Just be aware... most drivers dun know it yet...

Not bad when it comes to full time as the rental program has a contract; like minimum 3 months based on the website. Pros is no maintenance, no need Puspakom, 24 hours call line when car breaks down, everything is free maintenance except you need to top up petrol yourself. Some more it comes with dash cam, also you don't need to fork money for that so +security. But then 1500 cost per month from 50 per day lol, this is only best for those who are unemployed to do full time grab nia

50 per day is nothing if daily you can win 700 per day average while finding ways 2 avoid all the major gridlocks daily

I waited 2.5 months for my Grab Rental car but the car is still not available... one staff in 11/11/2019 said they're waiting for car allocation & EVP... another staff in 3/1/2020 said waiting for EVP.

So I ask 2nd staff to cancel the rental booking... he said can return my deposit rm350 & will take 2-4 weeks via bank transfer but I'll still lose my rm150 admin fees 😭

I heard from my friend who switched to MyCar that it is no longer worth it to drive Grab, moreover to rent a car to drive with grab..

After reading fr all. Everybody said not worth it but i met a hardcore Grab driver who worked for 16 hours per day said its worth it . Indian man and unker, he was in Grab office . he told me " kasi dia punya kereta kaw kaw rosak". lol. seem like he enjoying his profession. haha

5 hours=RM100, if work 20 days per week=20 x100=RM 2k. Ok also for half day work. Provided use own car i think? But now Covid-19...Grab is high risk job...

Just keep the basic in mind. Open window when 0 passenger in car and after off duty, sun your car to kill the virus off.

anyway, just proceed to drive. Don’t like it just stop, grab won’t take away your car. No harm to do it temporarily till u find something better to do for your life.

most drivers are doing Grabfood/ grab mart/ grab express. Some only do Grabfood/ gm/ ge without turning on the grab car. With govt recent announcement on reopening of economy activities, traffic condition and ability to find parking at the restaurant can pose challenge for driver who are doing Gf.
