 250cc vs 600cc maintenance cost, same or not

Periodic maintenance - Engine oil and oil filter - almost the same. For example 2.7 litre every 10,000km for my Rebel 500.

Chain, tyres, not much different too.

Long term maintenance differs. 2 cylinder, 4 cylinders, valve clearance, spark plugs, etc.

And forget about single cylinder (cb250r). whistling.gif

Similar cost with my Rebel 500 (same engine as CB500F)

Just to add oil filter - RM30-50 (price varies depending where you buy it)

As for engine oil, 3 1L bottle - RM35 x 3 Repsol Fully synthetic 10W-30 every 5000km too. I got myself cheap fully synthetic Repsol direct from Repsol HQ in Shah Alam. Confirm 100% original thumbup.gif
