It depends on which brand of eo u use.. Every person will give different interval if u ask around.. If you're used to ur bike, u can probably know when need to service as you will feel some harshness during gear changing.. Then it is the limit.. I have tried -
1) Kawasaki fully, just 3k+ km already need to change.
2) Then one more time (I forgot the brand coz it's my second time service) semi-syn, 1k km I go change already.. Very bad quality oil.
3) Rockoil semi, 5k km still good but I changed it anyway..
4) Now I stick to liqui-molly semi and 5k km service interval (still good also, but I think 5k km is good enough so I change anyway)..

Regarding tires, I just changed my 3rd set -
1st set Metzeller M5 (soft compound) - Rear 8k km, Front 19k km.
2nd set Pirelli Angel ST (hard compound) - Rear 16k km, Front 5k km still got 90+% left (I changed this at 5k km to match my rear tyre)
3rd set Metzeller Roadtec 01 (hard compound) - Just changed rear and front, using now.

my current bike 600cc (sportsbike 4inline)

eo - using belray 4 bottles (3.6l to be exact)+ oil filter = rm250+-

Spark plugs - NGK - rm230++ (for 4+ labor)

rad flush+ coolant - rm90 flush and coolant using toyota coolant (red)+ distilled water around rm35+- plus labor (later i add on since that thing needs a freaking dose of burping the system. i poured about 1.5 liters more+toyota coolant for my satisfaction)

tires - rear - rm700++ for a shinko apex 190 65 17
        front - continental sports attack 110 70 17  - rm300

other misc things - burned rectifier - rm450
                            ecu change      - rm700
                            heat reflective  - rm100

fuel consumption - 17l of ron 97 can go for like 250km+- (depending the way i ride)

things need to be done - cct - RM????
                                    valve clearance - RM????
                                    chain and sprocket - RM???

so this is what i spend for both of my bike.

I'm using 15w-50 coz mainly is long distance.. The Roadtec 01 feels noticeable better than the Angel ST in wet condition.. As these few days keep raining, tested it a lot... Actually I changed my rear on Monday, yesterday only go change my front eventho still got 90+%... 

eh depan 120 sorry... yes back i use 190.... since that's the stock they have. and it fits nicely too. shinko is a heavy tyre so performance drop la a bit but taking corners... it will do it like nobody's business lol...
but will go down to 180 on the next tire since its a tad heavy and no performance gain pon.... just look nice la from behind

me using roadtec01 as well. first rear lasted 18k km...now using 2nd rear....front has around 22k km on it and still running.

just an FYI, metzeller has released the Roadtec 01 SE

not in MY yet... but hopefully it comes in the next 10k km of my bike

18k km only? Told it was supposed to last longer...    Anyway, this grip is good enough for me atm... Not really an aggressive rider... 

My previous Angel ST lasted around 16k km with around 10% left... I was told Roasted 01 is way durable... Think I've been conned... Haha... But anyway, no regret... Just did a Cameron ride yesterday thru Sungai Koyan and it serve me sell...  I try stick to recommended pressure @ 32f/36r... Tried go higher on rear last time @40 but it makes the tyre become squarish faster...

Phone auto correction haha... Ya I was actually asking for roadtec z8, but the seller say better use back Angel ST and save some $$ as Angel ST is slightly cheaper with near same performance... He said either take one step up to roadtec 01, or use back Angel ST... No point wasting money on z8... Still, most recommended is PR5 which is way out of my budget... Haha...

There are those that reported higher with the roadtecs...might be im riding more aggressive or something

Met a guy who got 26k km on the rear with his cb650f..n he carries pillion n full top n side boxes alot

N the roadtec01 is supposed to be the replacement for z8

From the place I purchase, ST and 01 price difference - f = rm50, r = rm150 only... Which I think if 01 can get greater mileage, then the price-mileage ratio will be the same.. Not to mention better grip on the 01... So 01 will definitely be my choice...

I personally wont bother with the angels.unless its the gt...but thats for different reasons hahaha

Aftee this 01 runs out i wanna give the t31 a try pulak...n after that the pr5...at least thats the plan

as for me wait my shinko botak 1st then change to conti sports attack

im using shinko apex 010. all i can say is the grip when the road is hot is excellent. however i do occasionally feel its slipping... not the tyres' fault really, more towards the sand on the road. its sensitive in that way. not really good on wet condition. the carcass is hard and on the heavy side, so if ure the guy who loves taking corners but wont mind sacrificing a bit of the top end, this is for u. the tyre profile also u know already its design for cornering in mind.

Price wise... well here in malaysia its kindda on the expensive side. for the price u can get better brands really. i bought this dirt cheap and thats why i use it.

Please update on any dedicated/new topic ya... Would be very helpful... Those are on my list too... Btw, heard T31 had great mileage too, but after 50% don't feel nice... Don't know how true was that...

on a Z9? damn...im on Z9 too.

wat kinda rider is he? cornering kaki? touring kaki?

sliding in rain? or in corners?

then that kinda rider for sure the T31 not suitable for him.... completely different usage which is why they have different models of tires in the first place
