nonsense lah Hezeri. How can ageing unit more than 1 year if nautica so laku one until they have to sell firesale? Toyota doesnt allow as CKD of Terios will eat into Avanza pricing territory. those days Avanza 1.3 was doing really well as it was the cheapest Toyota they could buy until the owner discover sampan handling

I notice MAI initiatives kinda pro-P2. MAI actually got design studio, kononnya can be used to train people to then be hired by carmakers, but as i see it, it looks like only P2 on board it, it looks to me more like P2 use govt to save their cost and gain skilled workforce.

Truth is, Proton become more MNC rather than tongsan. In an interview with Dr Li, he said they got many international key people from Japan, Germany, etc, but HS seems to single out tongsan, and keep attacking them from time to time, claim tongsan hire and pay cybertroopers la, what a jerk.

Eh they forgot ka Geely last time hire Hibi-san ex Toyota top gun to help them? and the head of manufacturing is ex MMC nihon-jin as well. and those ex president Skoda in the board as well in Proton. Good la P1 become MNC, they need volume and need to act like MNC not local vassal of DMC

Rush was the 7-seater version of Nautica. It was CKD too so that's why despite Toyota badge, still cheaper than CBU Nautica. They share same ladder frame platform.

People compare Aruz and X70 cuz mainly they're both SUVs, but Aruz is a budget, no-frill 7-seater family car. X70 is a luxury-killer cruiser, kinda like OnePlus and their 'flagship killer' product. X70 costs way more to buy and run, but it's still a steal for what it's offering vs their rival. True, they both gun different market, and doing well on their own.

so put X70 aside, why someone claim nautica hot seller?

Avanza, Xenia, Rush, Terios & Aruz coming from U-IMV platform, running on ladder frame chassis. thats an indication of how bad the driving would be. they can always prop up the accessories and electronics but the fundamentals of the vehicle is already based on 70's Kijang philosophy - low cost and robust
