Well, if you guys could name other pc shops that offer good after sales services (equal or better than Ideal tech?) after getting a rig from them?

I never get ready rig from anybody but I do get parts to build from lingloong

Used to buy from them b4 lazada n shopee existed

only for those who willing to pay more to get better after sales service

but I very rarely meet those problem/issue, so i usually just buy the cheapest available from anywhere available

after they give endorsement to some female models,dont find their offering cheap anymore, i rather go lowyat store instead,at least can nego abit if buy cash

Deswai legit products from a solid distributor is what I looking for when buying online.

At least I can deal with distributors or manufacturers myself rather than hoping on stores.

I remember asking around before to buy pc including them ut in the end didnt buy from them. A few month then my pc having problem.

Got message from them saying I remember you, if you buy from us sure no problem got after sale service now px problem good luck.

Lol.. Feel like they just pm me just to say padan muka pc rosak buy from other seller..

Long time already. I posted in hardware q&a thread about new pc then they pm me. So I reply la ask this and that quite a bit but in the buy from another seller because at that time they didnt sell zotac. Lol guess they got mad I ask questions2 then didnt buy.

I bought my current rig from them about 2 years. Think after everything, was slightly (about RM100) more expensive than sourcing the parts individually from all the different online shops.

Just decided to get from them as I used to play badminton nearby.

No defects, so no idea about the after sales service.
