Fujifilm XT3 might be a very good option if you able to extend your budget. Or XT2. Much better than X-T100 and IMO have good image quality and best SOOC image. From your list I think A6500 should have the best image quality among them but A6500 is more for video production. Fujifilm XT3 is better choice if you shoot photos more than recording video.

QUOTE(daryl020189 @ Feb 7 2019, 07:52 PM) Erm...is the Sony ISBS really useful ? Cause I notice Fuji prime lens all do not have OIS. Most of the Fuji prime don’t have stabilisation except 80mm macro but some Zoom like 18-55 and 10-24 have stabilisation. I mostly used Fuji prime myself and is very statisifed with the image produced. The SOOC jpeg images is just so nice! Stabilisation is a nice feature to have but does not make a big difference for photo taking, but makes a difference in video recording.

QUOTE(daryl020189 @ Feb 7 2019, 11:08 PM) So far I only notice within this budget only the Sony camera has in body stabilization. But downside no articulating screen for selfie or selfie. Lol... and is quite an old model... If you getting a camera for photo shooting, I think stabilisation should not be the main factor of decision. It’s more for video production. That’s why I don’t recommend X-H1 over X-T3 although H1 have IBIS but the dynamic range of XT3 just overthrow the benefit of having IBIS. If IBIS is your main concern then I suppose A6500 will be a good choice. But it would be nice if you could state your usage of the camera too, it helps in recommendation of the right camera too.

QUOTE(kingkingyyk @ Feb 8 2019, 10:50 AM) Having a big aperture lens without stabilization = zoom lens with stabilization. You will end up resort with higher shutter speed (hence higher ISO) in low light, which kills the benefit of having large aperture. Looks like your choice is only a6500 here. M50 4K is crippled as hell. Pixel binning+heavy crop aside, the dual pixel AF doesn't work in 4K. Having a large arperture prime with out stabilisation means you can compensate the lowlight and higher shutter speed with the large arperture, but zoom with stabilisation means you have to compensate the lowlight and the smaller arperture with low shutter speed, which is not really practical unless your subject is completely still. I shoot family and street more, so too low shutter speed will be some problem for me. This post has been edited by yang2910: Feb 8 2019, 12:57 PM

QUOTE(kingkingyyk @ Feb 8 2019, 03:04 PM) Lowlight + moving subject = That's the sign that you need large sensor. Been Eyeing on A7M3, but the Fuji colour and jpeg is just too hard to give up. That good jpeg processing just saves me a lot of time. QUOTE(daryl020189 @ Feb 8 2019, 01:07 PM) So which camera are u using ? Sony? I am more to jpeg cause I lazy to edit Raw . Always I transfer from camera to phone and upload. But i love the photo to be sharp even when zoom 100%. Guess is a habit Currently using Fujifilm XT2. I often does the same routine as you too! Import jpeg straight and edit in phone.

QUOTE(Loseeker @ Feb 11 2019, 08:39 PM) After some critical shots blurred from handshake and watching this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lKV3SVfvFY , I have to disagree that IBIS is not the main factor of decision. Also don't forget the fact that XH1 is cheaper than the XT3 as of current pricing on shopee. I am yet to find out about the dynamic range advantage of XT3, but for me, getting a sharp focus is always more important than extracting a little more information from the shadow or the highlights. I guess to each his own. I agree that sharp image is much more important than micro details. That video do changed my perspective on IBIS. However, it is quite hard to get a sharp image with 56/1.2 @ 1/30 or lower shutter without stabilization. Its just the matter of priority for TS.
