Had some inpatient treatment. Got guarantee letter etc all sorted. Now insurance company charged me excess for tests not related to my initial diagnosis. What can you do? Claim money on outpatient insurance ?

Did not known what the blood tests were. Just doctor told me I was having some blood tests. Assumed I would be covered.

Anyone any experience of this?
