Anyone know how to lodge a complain against a beauty saloon?

This is a quite well known beauty saloon in Malaysia. Me and my friends felt being cheated by their services against the fee they charged. Can we actually make a complain n get refund?

Any consumer.com.my or any beatuy associations that we can lodge a report?
