Yea lor but when they become adult terus kena burka and niqab. Ninja style.

At least malay muslim women only obligated to wear hijab in this country. Jeans/ shirts etc can still wear.

The rationale behind making super young girls wear hijab from that tender age is to make them used to it earlier on. The older they get when they first start the more constricting and uncomfortable it is.

1. Their own variations which are influenced by tribal culture and climate.

2. The correct "tudung" if you wanna be technical is a covering that covers the whole chest, labuh style and arms until the wrists. The Arabs are the strictest and go full ninja style where ankles aren't even shown. Anything worn that is tight or body hugging does not qualify and defeats the purpose of the hijab. In fact attractive makeup or perfume/scents is not even allowed if you follow the rules of hijab strictly.

Women are not supposed to exist in any discernible physical shape or form in a strict Islamic society. Hence the shapeless "trash bags" the Arabs make their women wear in public in Saudi Arabia for example.

3. The fabric that is used is airy and and has its own ventilation system in place.
