I hope to get A100 body end of this week..

I need to know ;

1. What lense should i get .. i dun mind the cheap one as this will be my first DSLR . how much shall i spend on lense

2. Should i get UV Filter ? naaa to newbie .

3. What memory shall i go for.. how much does it cost now..

for beginning i just need one lense... to cater for my travelling. Which lense is suitable ?

very sad.. the seller decided NOT to sell his A100 to me until feb.. so NO camera again...

that one NO MORE warranty already .
Someone said A100 with twin kit lenses RM2260 ... what do u think

you can book now.. they said end of month shipment coming.. that;s what stanley told me..

CES 2008: Sony has today revealed it latest Alpha digital SLR, the A200. This new entry-level digital SLR has a ten megapixel APS size CCD (note the switch back from CMOS), Super SteadyShot (sensor-shift image stabilization), three frames per second continuous shooting, Sony's Dynamic Range Optimizer (DRO) and a 2.7" 230,000 pixel LCD monitor. The A200 is set to ship in February for $700 with the 18-70 mm lens or $200 more for a dual-lens kit which adds the 75-300 mm. This model appears to be very similar to the A100 apart from higher sensitivity, faster AF, a slightly larger LCD, a new Fn button and other subtle control changes.
