Get a AE101 Blacktop swapped, market price around 10 to 14k depend on condition. The rest save for upgrades or maintenance.

Pros :
4 Throttle (very responsive and addictive)
6 speed gearbox option available
Plenty of JDM spare part (less expensive compare to Honda)
Less thief magnet compare to Civic
Timeless design compare to AE111 sedan (for me la)
Solid , reliable Toyota quality.

Cons :
May not be as fast as a Civic of similar era.

Fully loaded Satria GTi, reliable, topkek.

Once mod, not reliable unless you know what was modded and how to maintain it.

Mods macam quality. If I beli stock car also I'll mod the same way he did

I daily drive a turbo diesel. I hate the low rev limiter

I dunno u drive auto or manual la, i had driven both hilux 2.4 and hyundai santa fe 2.2 TD with conventional torque converter automatic, i dunno is it because these are heavier car so the engine is tuned to produce torque from much lower range thus feels that there is nothing at all at higher rev, but in the same time i also felt that torque converter automatic has too much slip in them naturally, felt that the rpm always using higher than it should. But on my focus with DCT transmission, I don't get the feeling like those torque converter, usable power starts from 1800-4000 rpm.
