I have bought many used here on LYN, and they were all good. Still have one now after many years! Give it a try and have someone along who can test the unit.

What is the purpose of your purchase? Travel photography? Events? School work?

Any reason why does it have to be a DSLR in the 1st place?

Yes I study in graphic design & my lecturer asked me to buy DSLR for photography I & II courses, I can borrow from university too but I want whole freedom

I don't see why you can't use a mirrorless camera or even a compact with manual shooting to study photography... don't think it has to be a DSLR.

But anyway the Canon 1300D is a decent start. I would suggest Sony A6000 instead if you can top up, much smaller and lighter.

But if budget is low, just buy a used one. See my signature heheh

I actually have an Olympus Pen series, I tried to use that but can not, I need to take bulb (light painting photos) those options are not there also for best slow shutter fast shutter those are not that effective, besides I thought if I get a DSLR then I might be able to work as a freelance photographer too

You can buy used but make sure you check that the camera and lens does not have fungus.
