1. Registered for the Free 3 months before mid-Oct
2. Followed-up after 5-6 working days, Oct 21, with TM Unifi (Facebook messenger), stating no one called to follow-up which, according to TM Unifi Customer Service, they are supposed to.
3. Was told "checked and in the process". sit, wait, good dawg
then, yesterday billing date - full bill came for Oct. wheee...
i wonder if i'm still locked-in for another 2 years OR due to their breach, i'm free of any contracts
