i'm using tp link vr1200v

yesterday problem with connection

dsl light is ok.

but when in modem stats, line 'disconnected' and got message below 'please configure dns manually'

i tried key in google, cloudflare dns.. but the result is the same..

anyone encounter this problem before?

change mine to 30Mbps unlimited yesterday too, but at RM89 , internet only.

also wondering long actually the order process can be completed

yes it's unlimited. meant for user with copper only i guess. and only few TM Point got offer this package, not advertise

i went to TM Point Cyberjaya. Menara TM also can do it also if i'm not wrong.

get yours already? mine until today no upgrade. same case with u l,they said will upgrade within 48 hours. but its more than a week already. still status order processing.

I went to TMPoint Cyberjaya, did try to call 100 but they said no such package. I applied on 21st May, but yesterday only manage to get upgraded due to the problem in their system

just upgraded to 50Mbps on 25th Sept, contract renewed.

so it's nothing to lose for me if I grab this promotion, right?

Finally, changed to unifi 50Mbps - Super Value YEP 2019

applied the promo on 02/10, report on 08/10, completed on 12/10.

only at TMPoint.

upgrade to 50Mbps in Sept, so i just select same package when submitting the paynothing.
