Hi, suddenly my onu had no power last night. Checked the power adapter by plugin to tplink router, no issue (both same power 12V 1A.
Chat we tm cs, only can come next working dayðŸ˜
And i need to agree with rm53 service charge and need to choose option renew contract or buy equipment from them before i can open the report if the faulty onu is not their fault.
Is it not onu is lifetime warranty & belongs to TM?

The thing is quill city mall outlet was the only tm point open on weekend and after office hours. Now no more..
I think tm just want to make our life difficult
