I have this problem before, my downtime is at 1230 to 1240pm daily.
I make a complaint, the TM technician found out the termination was not done properly, resulted imbalance of signal. (something like that)
They redo the terminator at my modem end, the problem solved.

The answer is NO. This apply to the income tax claim under lifestyle which u only can claim the Internet portion not the unifi tv. To solve this, switch to maxis fiber rm89 or RM129

Do apologize sir for 30mbps Basic TM not open the IP for CCTV. We advice you to upgrade the package to unlimited speed package.

from what I understd, even though subscribe without TV plan,
the bill will still separate Unifi Tv rm30 and Internet RM99, nett nett is Rm129

Other than those, the connection is up running.

Already called tm again since 10th Jul but no action taken.
Yesterday (15th), a technician called me in the morning.
I explained to him the above but he didn't come.
This morning I called tm, the CS said that the technician closed the case and claimed that he visited my house to solve the issue.
So I just told tm that was not true at all then they said will investigate again.
Now seems like things are back to square one.

I really don't know what to do now.
Hope to get some guidance from you folks.

I also have the similiar problem. I complain 3-4 times till the problem fixed.
Initially they replace the router, then follow by modem, issue fixed.
