How come soonwai entitled to it?How come user paying Rm 300++ per months not entitle for YEP like unifi FB? Does it give TM has the right to decide and choose who entitle for YEP? THat alone is the YEP ..and what about the discount and perpetual discount?
If im Soonwai, I will give up my own package and rather pay RM 300++ per month and seek justice for other unfair user. Let the whole malaysia know what Unifi did just like what maxis did last time

TM have their right to retain their customers. Like Digi offer rebate to those who want to port out. You can take your time to request port out and get the offer. But it is up to you. Not everyone one care about that money instead they care about their time.
My advice, as a consumer. We have right to make a choice. Since your contract will be ended very soon. You may choose another product that suitable for you and your family. Not necessary have to stay at Unifi if you think Unifi not fair. Always choose the best.
