I just click the 'Turbo Status' at https://unifi.com.my/ with the follow windows pop-up. Shall I change my BTU btw? But so far I do not have issue with the speed. Using ASUS BlueCave. 5Ghz can reached 500mbps on XS Max.

Today feel lag. Check the test speed and very high ping. Dont know what’s wrong with Unifi.

Nowadays Unifi customer service very pro. My Fixed Line down for one month. Resolve on 10 July after the report made on 07 June.

Then today receive the billing statement, got RM6 changes on the fixed line usage to a mobile number (I never use the copper fixed-line since I have Unifi number).

Report to CS, they ask me to make a police report... hahahaha???!!??!?

Most possible is the technical make call to test while they fix my line. But they ask me to make a police report. Nice answer!

Submit Online, Went to TM Point still not yet change to YEP for my 800mbps.

Today I went to TM Point again, said my discount more than RM200. Need email HQ. So they email HQ and ask me to wait for the update.

Btw, one order modify was canceled. speechless

Nice Unifi, still don’t want to update my account to YEP since it is more than 5working days after submit the redemption.

Went to TMPoint, cannot proceeds as my discount more than RM200 and need send email to HQ.

Today make a call, Got a new employee answer my call. I also don’t want to make her in trouble.

Sad Unifi.

Finally change to 800mbps - YEP. Discount from 200+30 become 200+50.

Paying 159 for 800mbps. Need to wait for the details on next bill.

TM save cost, didn’t train their cs. Different call different answer. Don’t believe it.

I checked my friend bill after paynothing upgrade. No issue. Price will be the same as before paynothing.

My friend 100mbps RM129 discount 30 and HyppTV RM30. monthly RM129. After Paynothing also the same.

Can consider Maxis because of the unlimited mobile plan. I didn’t take Maxis because of my current price and speed. No reason for me to leave it right?

Strange~ Maybe you can bring a board and protest at Manara TM. I following this thread for a long time. I know someone here get 800mbps and paying less than 159.

Or maybe some get 129 for 800mbps but they didn’t report here? Who know?

TM have their right to retain their customers. Like Digi offer rebate to those who want to port out. You can take your time to request port out and get the offer. But it is up to you. Not everyone one care about that money instead they care about their time.

My advice, as a consumer. We have right to make a choice. Since your contract will be ended very soon. You may choose another product that suitable for you and your family. Not necessary have to stay at Unifi if you think Unifi not fair. Always choose the best.

This time YEP, even you still under contract. You can apply too. If I am TM, I will only let the users that currently out of contract to entitled for the YEP.

Still your choice la. Proper complaint TM already ignore. You can check your Activity at Unifi portal or App. See whether your complaints is open or close. If all close mean the customer support you spoke to saja nak layan you. Not betul2 escalates your concern to the respective team.
